Giving keen diners a taste of Barcelona in Manila is the corporate chef of Andilasia, Chef Pepe Lopez who is in-charge of Las Flores and Rambla restaurants and the churros joint Churreria La Lola. Inspired by Barcelona’s Las Ramblas, Rambla specializes in Catalan food allowing diners to experience Spanish artistry and heritage.
With Chef Pepe’s modern gastronomy techniques and traditional recipes, Rambla has impressed Michelin-star chef of The Fat Duck, Heston Blumenthal.
Believing that the most important ingredient used in the kitchen is the heart, Chef Pepe has brought his expertise and passion for food in all his undertakings. Before his stint in Rambla, he has served as Corporate Chef of Las Flores, the first Andilasia restaurant in Manila.
